The
Industry's First LIVE Call-In Talk Show A
Resounding Success! ...
Be honest now, how often
does a new idea go beyond expectations? Well,
the industry's first live call-in talk show,
"Mr. Internet's ePOWERTalk Show" did just that
and then some during its inaugural airing on
June 11, 2001. I want to thank all of you who
"tuned in" and especially those who called in
--you really helped make the show a huge
success!

was an incredible first interview guest. Having
her as the guest helped draw calls and questions
from all over the country. The hour-long program
went by so fast --mostly because we all had
great fun, learned a lot, and shared freely.
And, unlike typical radio, the host (that's me!)
was able to "push" URLs to our listeners as we
discussed them --making this show *much* more
interactive than traditional broadcast media.
This was a "proof of concept" show that solidly
confirmed my suspicion that there is need for
this new kind of real-time dynamic interaction
over the Net. As a result we will be announcing
a regular schedule for the show and will greatly
improve the sound quality by using an entirely
different system to interact with the guest and
callers.
So stay tuned —it's only going to get bigger and
