One of our star panelists,
"Uncle" Ben Coleman with C21 Hartford
Properties, Fine Homes & Estates in San
Francisco, now uses three virtual
assistants to help him win and manage new
business. In fact, his primary VA, Bev who lives
in Michigan, will join him on our panel in the
Fall (they have never met —Oprah here
we come!).
Here's how Ben uses this
unique capability to capture new business:
Hi Michael,
I was at the
SELL-A_BRATION in Palm Springs and at the
INRELCO Convention in the Bahamas and heard your
seminar. I decided to try a virtual
assistant.
Since then I
have hired a coach and realized I need to
delegate even more work. I have about 3
different Virtual Assistants now doing my
newsletters, CMAs and Bookkeeping. I love it
and I'm still busy so I can't believe how I ever
functioned before!
The great
news is that I hired a telemarketer that called
me in the evening about a HOT Seller Prospect. I
called them back and set up an appointment for
that next morning at 10 a.m. The owners had
another agent but they agreed to meet me to see
what I had. I called my VA and told her that I
was faxing listings and emailing photos to
prepare the CMA for first thing in the morning.
The owners were so impressed with the
presentation and preparation, that they listed
with me right then and there!
Couldn't
have done it without the virtual assistant.
