How To Keep Your Virtual Team Working On The Same Page ...

Maximizing the effective use of VAs in your business requires the ability to effortlessly share important documents and files you use every day in your business --regardless of where your team members are located. Thanks to an innovative new service, providing and using this kind of "virtual workspace" is as easy as accessing the hard drive on your computer.

Think of MangoMind as a “virtual hard drive” that can be installed on all of your team members’ computers, regardless of where they are located. A perfect use for it is to store the latest versions all of your common file and document templates that need to be accessed by more than one person in your group or organization.

Unlike “Xdrive” and other so-called online drives, MangoMind is as simple to use as if it were a physical drive on each person’s computer. In fact you access it just like any other drive using your Windows File/Folder Explorer (CLICK HERE to see a screen shot).

As you can see in that screen shot, Judy McCutchin (http://www.dallashomes.com) has given me access to her team’s MangoMind drive. When I first told her about MangoMind she was just about ready to install a complex and expensive VPN (Virtual Private Network) system to allow her team to work on files offsite. Immediately after installing MangoMind she killed the VPN idea and wrote me this:

Woweeeeeee!

Thanks so much for the hot tip!!!

Mangomind is just an awesome product for our team!

You will also notice in the screen shot that I have a MangoMind drive for my own organization that currently consists of at least 4 geographically diverse Virtual Assistants. This has proved to be the perfect solution for storing and accessing our mission-critical files, no matter where we happen to be.

And, you can even access your files while offline. For example, as I write this I happen to be in London, UK, on a short trip with my son, Max (which is a another story in itself —see PARTING THOUGHTS ...). Connecting to the Net is expensive here, yet I have complete access to my company MangoMind files since MangoMind can store an offline version of the drive on my laptop (or any of my other machines for that matter), from which I can access or make changes to any of the stored files/folders. Any changes made by me or my staff are automatically “synched up” upon reconnection with the Net.

The folks at MangoMind have created a terrific Flash demo on how MangoMind works and connects all the members of your team. Just CLICK HERE to watch. (BTW, this happens to be one of the best examples of using Flash to explain a “process” I have ever seen!)

It Gets Better!

As you might have guessed by now, I am so impressed with MangoMind that I immediately negotiated an “e-Bate™” discount for you —in fact two of them! As of this writing, you can try MangoMind out for free for the first 15 days. After that it costs $29.95/mo for 5 users and 50MB of drive space. Now, if you use “Mr. Internet” (without the quotes) in the promotion code when ordering, you will save 50% on the first three months use (you will be saving almost $45!)

Also, if you purchase your own copy of “Transform Your Business Using Virtual Assistants” you will find a coupon included entitling you to save 50% on the first six months use —resulting in a total savings of almost $90! (BTW, that alone practically pays for the entire TYB program!)

If you plan on using one or more Virtual Assistants, MangoMind is an essential tool to facilitate that process —one that will truly transform the way you do business and enjoy the fruits of your success!

(NOTE: Mr. Internet, his company and staff a) receive no compensation whatsoever from any third party vendors for mentioning their products whether or not they participate in the e-Bate™ program, and b) accepts no responsibility for the performance or appropriateness of any third party vendor whatsoever, whether mentioned here or not. Always investigate any vendor services thoroughly to your satisfaction prior to purchase.)
