Only The "Best Of The Best" Need Apply ...

The most important part of any highly successful e-mail marketing campaign is the "message". We are looking for the top sales associates in specific niches (i.e. FSBOs, First-Time Buyers, Listings, etc.) to be interviewed so we can convert their knowledge into "killer" e-mail drip-marketing campaigns.

If you meet the criteria and are chosen to participate in the sharing of your expertise, the payoff is huge. You will receive a complete set of all the campaigns when completed and will be personally coached by me on how to use them. So if you are good, I mean really good, read on.

First of all, if you haven't read the lead article Your Ultimate E-Mail Marketing Machine, do it now. This is so you at least have an idea what constitutes an effective series of e-mail drip-marketing campaign messages.

The purpose here is to find the very best in specific market niches (hopefully you!) who will share their knowledge with one of my professional writers. These writers (with my help) will craft highly targeted "killer" e-mail drip-marketing campaigns for each market niche that are custom designed to work seamlessly within Proautoresponder.

The payoff for participating is very big. If chosen, you will receive the entire set of custom e-mail marketing campaigns and personal coaching by me, (Mr. Internet) on how to implement and use them —a package worth thousands of dollars. (My current fee for consulting is $7,500 per day...)

An effective e-mail drip marketing campaign consists of a series of messages that explain a process in a way that is highly valuable and informative to the market for which it is targeted. For example, the buying process as explained to a first-time buyer.

Expired Listing Sellers How to make the marketing process work the next time
Recruiting How prospective agents can expand and improve their career at your firm

If you have extensive expertise in one or more of the above campaign types, go ahead and submit an application because you may be chosen. And if you are, we'll do the writing!

If your application is accepted, you will be interviewed by one of my professional writers who will turn your knowledge into a series of highly interactive and engaging e-mail informational messages. These messages will form the basis of the campaign. Once the campaigns are completed, you will receive the complete set along with personal coaching from me to implement them.

How To Apply...

It's very simple.  Just send an e-mail to campaigns@russer.com with the subject line "I AM AN EXPERT!" (without the quotes).  In the body of the message including the following information:

  • Campaign Type - identify the campaign(s) in the above table in which you are an expert;

  • Expertise - explain why you consider yourself an expert (i.e. the "Best of the Best") for that market niche.  Be sure to include years of experience and approximate business per year you generate from that niche;

  • Suggested Message Topics (optional for extra points towards being picked!) - list a series of topics that would be appropriate for the campaign you listed as your expertise.

  • Contact Information - include your e-mail signature with full contact information so we can get back to you if picked.

That's it! Experts will be chosen based solely on their submissions and a phone interview with the finalists. Winners will be announced once the campaigns are completed.
