Put $150,000 In Your Pocket Over The Next 12 Months ...

Imagine learning online marketing tips and strategies that were so powerful, yet easy to implement that you could earn an extra $150,000 - $200,000 dollars (net in your pocket) over the next 12 months. That is exactly what happened for Brian Hickox, Vice President for Coldwell Banker Hunneman in Boston, MA.

He shared these results with me as he was about to start his second ePOWER! PRO 3-Day Advanced Workshop at the Coldwell Banker International Business Conference. During dinner with Brian and the rest of his "team" (participants of the 3-Day Advanced Workshops are grouped into target market teams), I asked him what made the biggest difference for his +$150,000 increased bottom line. He said it was primarily implementing the "Critical First Response" e-mail template when responding to initial inquiries from online prospects. Nine Days Of Transforming Lives

The Coldwell Banker 3-Day Advanced Workshop was part of the most incredible nine day speaking tour of my career, one that included being the featured Internet speaker for the RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, and Century 21 international conferences. I had people coming up to me (and e-mailing me) the whole time, telling how much benefit they received from these and past sessions.

For example, Ellen Bithell and Agnes Stalmach (both RE/MAX sales associates from Hollywood, Florida) attended my Virtual Assistant Panel session (with Judy McCutchin, Kathy Drewien, and Roger Lundy) and then sent me an e-mail just two days later that said:

"I attended your speech at the convention in Orlando this past weekend. Because of your talk, my partner and I found, Michelle Thornton on Staffcentrix. She replied immediately to our e-mail, and we spoke to her by phone this evening for over an hour. We have decided to hire her not only to do our FSBO campaign, as we first thought, but also to do other tasks for us. We are really impressed.

Then there is Fred Schmidt, a top producer for Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors who didn't have a chance to attend my session about using Virtual Assistance, but did get the tape. Here's an excerpt of what he said in a recent e-mail to me:

"YOU just saved me almost $1800.

I get the entire gist of your message though and am committed to doing it all. I have only scratched the surface and I am a "Believer." I feel sorry for people who hear what your saying but don't take action.

NO words can fully express how you have helped me and I have only listened to your tape just yesterday!"

THE Secret Ingredient For Success

While the above feedback reflects just a few examples of participant success received during (and after) the nine day speaking tour, there is a consistent thread throughout. Each one of these people took ACTION on what they learned. None of them are techno-wizards, yet they derived enormous benefit from making a commitment to take ACTION on at least one newly acquired idea.

I am so amazed by the human condition that somehow stops about 90% of all people from reaching their full potential because they simply don't take ACTION on what they learn. Ideas, strategies, and insights —no matter how powerful— are impotent by themselves. You must give them life by taking ACTION!

Nothing is more gratifying for a speaker and author than to have their ideas used to better the lives of others. This is what I was born to do.
