Imagine learning online
marketing tips and strategies that were so

The Coldwell Banker 3-Day Advanced Workshop was
part of the most incredible nine day speaking tour
of my career, one that included being the featured
Internet speaker for the RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker,
and Century 21 international conferences. I had
people coming up to me (and e-mailing me) the
whole time, telling how much benefit they received

THE Secret Ingredient For Success
While the above feedback reflects just a few

people took ACTION on what they learned. None of
them are techno-wizards, yet they derived enormous
benefit from making a commitment to take ACTION on
at least one newly acquired idea.
I am so amazed by the human condition that
somehow stops about 90% of all people from
reaching their full potential because they simply
don't take ACTION on what they learn. Ideas,
strategies, and insights —no matter how powerful—
are impotent by themselves. You must give them
life by taking ACTION!
