Convention In Las Vegas ...
The IVAA
(International Virtual Assistants Association) is
having its first annual convention in Las Vegas
on
October 23 – 25, 2002. I have been honored by
them to be their main keynoter for this very
exciting event. Now you might be wondering how
this has anything to do with your real estate
career —literally everything if you are smart!
Think about this for a
moment: there are thousands of Virtual
Assistants who are ready, willing, and able to
handle the "details" and manage the success of
even greater numbers of real estate professionals.
The key to this happening in a big way is to get
these two groups to know each other better, and
that's the potential offered by this important
conference.
The focus of my keynote
message to the attending VAs is how they can work
synergistically with you so that both parties win.
As a busy real estate professional you are only
concerned about doing what you love to do and
getting paid well and having the free time to
enjoy your success. These VAs know how to help you
achieve this dream with the least amount of effort
and expense. Likewise, VAs want to work with and
express their God-given talents to help sales
associates and brokers become consistently and
growingly successful —from a distance. It
truly is a win-win scenario for all parties
involved.

initial baby steps, rather than plunging right
into a VA relationship. It is precisely for this
reason that this convention holds so much
