Hi Michael,

Just wanted to share with you how one of my Virtual Assistants helped me snag a new listing from the jaws of one of my competitors.

I recently received a lead about a couple that I heard was considering selling their property. Upon calling them, they indeed confirmed that they were moving and would be putting their property on the market, but with an agent they had already chosen. Still, they agreed to meet with me the next day to explore marketing alternatives.

This was in the evening on the West Coast. I called my VA, Bev King, (two time zones later in Lansing, MI --remember, this was at night!) I told her about the meeting the next day and that I needed a killer CMA and listing presentation to have any chance of winning. After taking down the particulars, she assured me that a CMA and PowerPoint listing presentation would be ready and waiting for me before I even woke up the next morning.

Sure enough, Bev came through for me (as usual) and armed with that custom presentation, I was able to knock the socks off these otherwise lukewarm prospects and take the listing in. There is no question in my mind that the customized presentation was a deciding factor. I'm sure the other agent was dumbfounded and left wondering just what happened!

I cannot imagine this kind of scenario using an on-site assistant who probably would have already went home for the evening. Life is good when you can place a single call and then have an awesome custom presentation waiting for me just before I go out on a call!
