How To Earn And Learn From VAs Who Mentor You To Top Online Productivity!

Joe Kehrig, Broker/Owner, The Bayhill Team, Prudential California Realty, has sold more than a quarter of a billion dollars in real estate. He says that, “By having Virtual Assistant PJ Babcock of JPS Consulting Group as my technology coach, I have learned what I need to know to save time and make more money. After receiving my customized Outlook training I have created a true competitive advantage in my business. This 2-hour course taught me how to use distribution lists to market to agents, create e-mail drip marketing campaigns, and create rules to notify me when important messages arrive.”

PJ is Joe’s VA who handles some of the details of Joe’s business. However, her support of Joe doesn’t stop there. She put Joe through her special Outlook training program so he could take full advantage of the tremendous business-building power that Outlook has to offer. For example, he learned how to set-up rules to automatically notify him when an important message has arrived. This allows him to continue working and not have to keep checking for correspondence he is waiting for. In addition, he also learned how to use his folders to organize incoming messages for specific projects or closings he is working on.

Hands-On Training —From A Distance!

It's challenging for sales associates to find the time it takes to effectively learn about the powerful software and technology resources that are available to the industry. Receiving the virtual software training from PJ is simple and fun. Her Virtual Training Center helps real estate professionals, their support staff, and other virtual assistants learn what they need to know, about the technology to help manage their business and increase productivity.

Prior to any training, PJ discusses with her students their particular needs and sends them a course outline. She takes time to go over the course outline and determine what they know, what they think they know and what they need to know. She then customizes the course to meet their expectations. Once that is done, they are ready to begin.

Despite the fact that PJ happens to reside in California, she can provide true hands-on training to any of her clients over the Net, regardless of where they are located. The first step to begin the training requires logging onto the Virtual Training Center and calling PJ on the phone, (unless you have access to a PC Headset then you do this completely on the internet!).

PJ will then walk you through the steps to enable real-time screen sharing during the training session where she will be able to see everything you are doing. With this kind of system she can “hand-hold” you through even the most challenging parts until you really “get” what you are learning. It is that simple and it’s not limited to just learning how to use Outlook. This process can be used to learn just about any kind of program you have on your machine.

The most popular training and consulting sessions include: Moving to Outlook, Outlook - More Than Simple Email, Backing Up Your Data, Drip Marketing Systems, Estationery - Market Yourself, and proprietary web-based solutions for real estate agents such as Comstock, AgentLink, Realtor.com, eHomes-USA, and others. PJ also teaches Microsoft Office.

From Hand-Holding To Hand Shaking!

Is this kind of virtual support worth it?  Timm Bauman, Agent/Owner, RE/MAX Exclusive Realty Group sure thinks so! As a result of his training he now uses e-stationary to help market and brand their agency. PJ created e-stationary for Timm and his team with their photo, company logo, and contact information including a link to their Web site. So now every piece of email they send is branded with this information and leads the reader right to his website with a simple click.

In addition, Timm has also used Outlook to create client deliverable email (CLICK HERE to see an example) that greatly enhances his perceived value with his clients. Here is how it works: PJ posts all the new listings to Timm’s internet marketing plan, and creates Voice on Demand and Fax on Demand profiles. When this is completed, Timm sends his new seller an email (using the training he received from PJ) that has all their custom links to their home on the internet, ensuring them that his team is working hard behind the scenes to market their home to the fullest. You will notice in this case, PJ now plays a role as an important member of Timm’s virtual team. This is one of the huge benefits of using Virtual Assistants, where they can effortlessly switch from “administrative” (i.e. doing tasks and support) to “mentor” (i.e. act as your coach) and back again. Try finding an on-site assistant that can pull that off!

Using virtual assistants to help your business go and grow is the most powerful, easy, and affordable way for you to have the business (and life) you love. However, imagine how much more exciting (and less frustrating) your business would be if you had someone available to hold your hand whenever you needed to learn something new. It just doesn’t get any better than that! So give it a try, stop by the The Virtual Training Center and sign up as a visitor. If you decide to use it mention ePOWER! NEWS and receive 10% off any services through December 31st 2002. You will be glad you did!
