Lead Follow Up Made Simple —From 1,300 Miles

Anderson of RE/MAX Elite in Las Vegas, NV will
be the first to admit he is not very organized. And the last thing he had time for was
implementing a powerful drip e-mail lead follow up
system he just purchased. So Steve did the
smart thing, he found a VA in Dallas, TX to help

After realizing that most
of my time was being spent on administrative
duties and not with clients or being able to
stay on top of what my prospective clients needs
were and responding quickly, I decided to find a

Kim sends me a report on
the leads that need immediate attention and
tells me when she has sent the appropriate
information and when I should follow-up. When
she comes across a lead that needs my immediate
attention, she sends me an email telling me
about the urgency of the lead so I can
immediately contact them.
I can’t tell you how much
help it is to be able to delegate my
administrative tasks and know that they are
being handled in a timely, professional, yet
personal way. It has really taken a lot of
stress off me and I receive emails from these
prospective clients telling me how much they
appreciate my prompt response.
