A Custom Listing Web Site That (surprise) Actually Generates Listings ...

Joe Delorenzo is a top producer with RE/MAX of Princeton who attended one of my intensive 3-Day Advanced Workshops last spring. Joe is a man of action because he took the principles of how to create a successful custom site and hired a couple of Virtual Consultants to put it into action. Here is how Joe went from concept to higher revenue in a short period of time.

Dear Mr. Internet,

I attended your Internet seminar last year and the end result from what I learned in your session has given me a tool that is actually generating income. Since I was already an avid and savvy user of the Internet I came to your session believing that I would be leaving with my refund (your personal guarantee). Well as you may recall I became very active in the class. First of all just from employing one of the "little" tidbits that you discussed, I was able to close two properties generating more than 10 times the amount of the seminar.

And now for the unbelievable. As a result of your session, I went home to focus on creating a tool that could help generate listings. The end result of much effort on my part and using 2 virtual assistants is that I have successfully launched the www.sellmyhome101.com Website.

Of course my thrust was that I wanted to create a tool to get personal listings, however I did not realize that I would be creating a fantastic referral tool as well. In the past 2 weeks we have received over 30 requests for information, in 20 states, we have approximately 20 referral leads in progress and today I have just received confirmation that we have helped list a home in Toronto Canada because the owner needs something smaller --2 referrals in one! This one lead alone will pay for the cost of building my site.

(EDITOR'S NOTE: During the workshop, Joe showed me pictures of his two new "babies," one beautiful bouncing boy weighing in at about 8 lbs, the other a brand new Harley tipping the scales at over 500 lbs!
