East Coast Top Producer Learns To WIN By Letting Go ...

When Jack Dice of REMAX Premier in Dullas, VA first heard me speak about Virtual Assistants he did what any top producer would do, he took action. His first foray into the world of VAs didn't quite work out as planned however, due to an issue of "control." Since then, Jack attended one of my four-hour VA workshops and learned that real control is being clear about what needs to get done and "letting go." Here is his story.

Dear Michael,

After attending your class at the RE/MAX convention last year, I decided to try a virtual assistant. I made up an action plan and contacted one after seeing her featured in one of your newsletters.

I asked her to help me with management tasks, but I had a hard time 'letting go.' We were both frustrated, and it did not work out.

This year, I once again went to your class at the RE/MAX Convention, still hoping to 'transform my business' with a virtual assistant and decided to try again with a different approach.

Using your book 'Transform Your Business Using Virtual Assistants' and notes from the class as a guide, I wrote a job description with specific tasks (see attachment) I wanted accomplished--this time I focused on marketing tasks--and called my VA. She was gracious enough to try again (hoping that I had also been transformed, no doubt), and she and the VAs 'on her staff' are doing an amazing job. I could not be happier with their work.
