Newbie Zooms From Zero To Over $360K In Just 14
Months ...
Ann Mullett’s first six months in the business
was not unlike so many others starting out –lots
of work and no income to show for it. Then she did
just two things that literally transformed her
business almost overnight into an income-producing
powerhouse.
Dear Michael,
The VA workshop in Atlanta
last week was terrific, timing could not have
been more appropriate, and it was great to hear
you speak again.
I wanted to say thank you
and make the point that the ideas you present
are not only for the “heavy-hitters” that are
already multi-million dollar producers, but
everyone in real estate at any level.
As a newly licensed agent,
my commission income was a whopping $0.00 for
the first 6 months of 2002. Then came e-Power, a
half day workshop followed by the 3 day
workshop. Second half 2002 commission income
improved to over $60,000, 95% of which is
directly attributable to e-Power.
This year has been
outstanding. As I write this note in mid-August,
closed and pending contracts will generate
commission income well in excess of $300,000 for
the first three quarters of the year with over 4
months remaining to generate even more
commission income.
Last week’s workshop on
virtual assistants could not have come at a
better time. A year ago, I could handle all
aspects of a few client transactions myself.
While I love what I am doing, I have run out of
hours in the day and realize that I cannot
maintain this pace and grow my business further
without professional help. The next time you
