Live Tech “How To” Just Became Easier ...

With all the great technology tools available to real estate professionals, the biggest problem is that there is typically no easy or convenient way to learn them. Until now. Read on to see how the Virtual Training Center can deliver live, highly affordable and interactive training in the comfort of your own home or office.

I recently researched the number and variety of technology products and services that are applicable to the real estate industry and came up with a list of well over 150! If the sheer number of these “solutions” wasn’t enough to cause brain vapor-lock, consider that each of these requires some kind of learning curve just to implement and use them. And in many cases there is no formal training available, or if there is, it typically is expensive and/or inconvenient.

Virtual Training Center (VTC) is a unique, elegant, and affordable solution to this dilemma. It is the exclusive training provider for a growing list of real estate related technologies. PJ Babcock, COO has 30 years experience in the corporate training industry in addition to being a Professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant. VTC also trains VAs who want to specialize in providing REALTOR® support for any particular real estate technology solution. Which means if you don’t want to handle the implementation of a particular product or service, VAs who successfully complete the training program are available to do them for you.

Where It’s Convenient For You (And Your Pocket Book)

All of the classes are delivered live by a highly qualified trainer using the WebTrain online training/application sharing platform and a phone conferencing system. All you need to take these classes is a phone and a high-speed Internet connection for your computer. This means you have a live instructor with whom you can interact and ask questions without the expense and hassle of traveling to a physical classroom setting.

And did I mention affordable? Many of the classes are 60 – 90 minutes long and typically cost $35. If a subject is big enough to require more than one class, then the cost is $35 per session. Within the first hour of trying to struggle with learning these solutions yourself you’ve had your investment paid back –not a bad Return On Investment.

Here is a sampling of some of the training offerings through VTC:

Current Technology Tools Training:

Upcoming Technology Tools Training:

  • Customizing Your Outlook

The list of offerings is expected to grow rapidly, especially with respect to training on major real estate technology tools and services.

The best tools in the world are worthless if you don’t use them in the way they were intended. Now you have an easy, convenient and affordable way to learn how to put them to profitable use, instead of just sitting on the shelf and making you feel bad!
