The First And Last VA You May Ever Need ...

The many benefits of using Virtual Assistants to handle non-core tasks within your business should be no secret to you by now. Now get ready to discover a “one-stop-shop” of virtual assistance that has completely simplified the process of using top VAs, eliminates the need for you to manage them and truly puts your business on steroids —all while freeing you up to do what you do best!

There is probably no one else on the planet with more experience using Virtual Assistants than myself. As a result it became clear there was an even more powerful way to work with VAs. And this new way now has a name —it’s called REVA Teams.

When you hire REVA Teams as your “super” VA, you are assigned a dedicated Virtual Team Leader who is responsible for managing one or more Virtual Specialists who complete the actual work for you. Typically within three business days you will receive an e-mail indicating whether there is a fit or not.

Upon receiving the notice that there may be a fit, you are then invited to set a phone appointment with one of their Assessment Specialists. Once again, this initial consultation is no charge to you.

During the call with the Assessment Specialist they will try to determine which “processes” (i.e. specific tasks) within your business can be supported by a dedicated REVA team. CLICK HERE to see just a partial list of the types of support REVA Teams can provide you and your business.

Once you have decided which processes you want done and have chosen to hire REVA Teams as your super VA, the Assessment Specialist will have your tasks put into a formal written business process which you must sign-off on before any work will be done. This is very important innovation because it ensures that the work you requested to be completed gets done the same way each time and can be easily managed by your Virtual Team Leader.

After your sign-off, you are assigned a dedicated Virtual Team Leader who is your main point of contact and who manages the Virtual Specialist(s) that do the actual work.

This business process team-based approach to supporting your success eliminates all the issues of hiring individual VAs, yet allows you to add more support almost on a moment’s notice. In fact, many REVA Teams clients typically request more support as they are freed up to generate more business. When you think about it, it makes perfect sense.
