SUCCESS STORY: (full story)
A Team In The Nick Of Time ...
After years of trial and error, real estate
professional
Amy Gerbe has found the perfect formula for
support success with
REVA Teams. Read on to learn how a near
disaster became a lesson in the Power of Team
for Amy.
Dear Michael,
Given the different
solutions for support that I’ve tried over
the years (some not so successful), I’m sure
you must be wondering how my virtual support
partnership with REVA Teams is working out.
As you know, this relationship started
barely two months ago, and I’m already
seeing fantastic results.
The skills of the VAs
on my team were put to the test almost
immediately, and the experience made a
believer out of me! I’ve been building my
branding around my MassHomeSales.com website
since 1998. Almost all of my marketing is
done via my website – this is my presence in
the real estate world and essential to my
livelihood.
Unhappy with my website
vendor at that time, I terminated the
relationship, with the agreement that my
website would remain fully functional
through the weekend to give me time to
transition to a new site. The next day I had
no web presence at all, and was in a panic!
I had just met Mary, my Virtual Team Leader,
and she was a godsend. Within 3 hours she
had started setting up my new site. She and
her team must have worked around the clock
to have the site up and running by Monday.
The best way I can put it is that having REVA Teams is like having a whole workroom
behind you when you need it – and I didn’t
know how much I would need it! I couldn’t
have done it without Mary and the team.
The primary focus of my
support from REVA Teams right now is drip
marketing. I used to spend half of my
evening responding to my leads. Now by the
time I finish my day I know that all leads
have been handled by my team with a personal
touch, and have been put on a campaign to
receive wonderful and interesting emails. I
anticipate this new system will quickly
result in an increase in the percentage of
leads that become clients.
Regardless of my
schedule, things no longer have to wait on
me. I can focus on the visible side of the
business that requires my presence. I love
the fact that the VAs on the team have
different skills – and that REVA Teams has
its finger on the pulse of the industry.
Once again – taking
your recommendations to heart was a great
decision on my part…thank you!
