How Stormy Administrative Seas Turned Into
Smooth Sailing ...

Dear Michael,
I am feeling such
relief that I have finally found a solution
to handing off administrative tasks. Over
the years I was introduced to the concept of
Virtual Assistance through your seminars,
but in the past had been fortunate to have
terrific onsite assistants. However, when an
excellent assistant graduated from college
and left for greener pastures, my headaches
began.
The replacement looked
good on paper and as a graduate student in a
highly skilled field I just assumed she had
the basic skills to take care of my tasks.
The bottom line of my sad tale is that at
the end of six months she made as many
mistakes as in the beginning. Not only was I
spending time training and retraining, but I
ended up redoing nearly everything in order
to have professional materials and accurate
work. Six months later I was back where I
started, and not happy about the prospect of
repeating the experience.
