One E-mail That Turns Leads Into Relationships ...

When Hazael Evans of RE/MAX Professionals in Blue Springs, Missouri signed up for my 10 Week Telecoaching series, she had no idea that putting one basic idea into place would bring such quick results. Read on to learn how the best ideas are often simple one.

Dear Michael,

I just want to say again how I amazed I was to get such quick results from using your “critical first response email” - the very first time I tried it! I knew it made sense to give consumers the respect of not pushing them into a relationship, but getting such a positive response from someone who appreciated this approach made a believer out of me.

When I used your email letter to reply to a person who contacted me from my website, it was immediately effective! She was very appreciative of my getting back with her so soon, and said my response to her was welcoming and not threatening.

This is just one piece of advice from the telecoaching classes that has helped me see my business in a new way. After I received my license a couple of years ago, I really hit the ground running. I spent a crazy year so busy and not really knowing what I was doing. Even though I was doing a good business, I was burned out. I was going in a million directions and finally realized I just could not do this anymore. I was going to either quit or figure out how to do it right.

When you spoke at the RE/MAX conference I was so impressed – and what stuck with me is what you said about asking yourself “What is it I really like to do?” I realized I was spending too much of my time doing things that I didn’t like to do. The coaching has helped me focus on what I want to do and acknowledge that others should be taking care of the rest.

I had never even thought of having a target market until the class. And now I’ve chosen a target market and am focusing my branding around that.

I am thoroughly enjoying your classes – it’s obvious you’ve “been there” and understand the challenges we face. It’s such a relief knowing I now have the tools and knowledge to make the business work for me.
