It is very rare indeed when you are able to rub shoulders with some of the top real estate sales people in the world. Rarer still is when you do it for three very intense days! The Dallas 2005 3-Day Advanced Workshop may be history, but its shockwaves are still being felt.

Twice a year, (Dallas in January and Chicago in August), I lead a 3-Day Advanced Workshop in conjunction with the Coach Ken group from Ottawa, Canada. It is generally considered to be the most advanced and comprehensive course on boosting online profits and utilizing Virtual Outsourcing (to do all the work) in the industry.

We just completed our most recent workshop in Dallas on January 21 - 23, 2005 and it was by far the best ever! The energy was incredible, participants were having breakthroughs left and right thanks in part to the help of the on-site virtual assistants (I know, that sounds like a contradiction in terms!) Everyone left with a very clear direction and written plan on how to massively boost their online business and have the details handled by virtual assistants and virtual consultants which lets them focus on what they do best.

Some of the top players in the business are graduates of this program including Casey Margenau (world's #1 RE/MAX agent 5 years running), Valerie Fitzgerald, Jane Fairweather, etc. And what's so cool is that the group is very small (about 50 typically) and no two people are allowed from competing markets. This encourages a very collaborative environment where ideas and strategies are easily shared.
