Incredible Return On Marketing Effort —Without The Hassle ...

As managing broker for a busy Massachusetts agency, Theresa Smith knew that spending her own time creating and sending out newsletters wasn’t the best solution. Dear Michael,

I want to tell you what a difference having REVA Teams virtual support has made in our office here on the Cape. I was referred from another agent who uses REVA Teams and immediately knew it was something that might work well for my needs as managing broker of our office.

Several months ago I was personally spending about 20 hours quarterly pulling together a newsletter sent to 2700 people. In the beginning we had some issues with turn around time – but we worked on a system where the process is so tailored for my needs that now new materials are created very easily. However, everyone needs to understand that the process doesn’t happen through osmosis – you have to work very closely to communicate what you want. It’s a two-way street and you have to stay involved. I knew from the beginning that I wanted other agents in the office to come on board. And once they saw how well it worked, I didn’t have to sell them on the idea. The beauty of this is that all of our marketing pieces have a consistent look, which is so important in terms of branding.
