Incredible Return On Marketing Effort —Without The
Hassle ...As managing broker
for a busy Massachusetts agency,
Theresa Smith knew that spending her own time

Dear Michael,
I want to tell you what a

knew from the beginning that I wanted other agents
in the office to come on board. And once they saw
how well it worked, I didn’t have to sell them on
the idea. The beauty of this is that all of our
marketing pieces have a consistent look, which is so
important in terms of branding.
When I made the move to using
