Virtual Team Helps Agent Turn Ideas Into Success

Massachusetts had no shortage of ideas and plans
for her business, but just couldn't manage to
implement most of them. Her situation changed
dramatically when she learned about an
innovative approach to administrative support
and began to experience the magic of virtual
assistance.
Hi Michael,
I am so happy to share
with you my experience with virtual
assistance and the huge difference it has
made in my business.
Since I began working
with my virtual support team at REVA Teams
and developed my brand with their help, I’ve
had the best year ever in my business.
Last September I
attended the Keller Williams Mega Agent Camp
in Austin Texas, along with two colleagues
who form a mastermind group with me. Prior
to this event, we had been discussing our
need for administrative assistance in our
businesses. The big problem was that we
dreaded the prospect of going through the
hiring process – screening, hiring, and
training an assistant and having to watch
over and manage them once they were hired.
In your presentation
you began to talk about virtual assistance
and REVA Teams, and we just looked at each
other, thinking “this is it!” As soon as the
session was over, we literally ran to the
data center at the hotel and waited in line
impatiently to take over the 3 computers and
log onto the REVA Teams website and submit
our applications.
Two of us became REVA
Teams clients and we couldn’t be happier!
Our third member is still struggling without
support.
In a relatively short
time, I’ve been able to take my ideas for
the direction of my business, tie it all
together, focus on my niche market and get
the clarity I need to make it all work. I’m
an idea person, but was not able to follow
through and get things done. Now I feel
empowered and am able to focus on growing
the business bringing on agents to work with
me.
I connected immediately
with my Team Lead – she really “gets” me. We
energize each other and have a lot of fun –
and since I work on my own out of my home
office, I love being part of this virtual
team. They are able to take so many things
off my plate – implement drip campaigns,
handle my listing coordination, manage Top
Producer, and keep my website and database
up to date. With the team approach there is
always someone who has the skills to do the
task. I could never find someone onsite with
the depth of knowledge and experience to
make all of this happen as it does with REVA
Teams.
Today, so many agents
are doing the same things, with similar
websites, and similar marketing messages. I
have been able to make my business visible
in a distinctive way and actually have other
agents wanting to come work with me because
they recognize that I’m doing something the
rest of them aren’t. This is good for them,
good for me and good for Keller Williams.
To any agents who are
considering making the move to virtual
assistance, I say make the leap of faith. It
may be a scary initial step, but if you have
confidence in yourself and your business and
know you need help, this is the easy way to
get started without worrying about taxes,
health insurance and other aspects of hiring
a traditional employee.
