Gathering of Eagles In Dallas Was A Spectacular
Event ...Less than 30
days ago, some of the top real estate sales
people in the world attended the second-to-last
3-Day Advanced Online Marketing Boot Camp in
Dallas, TX on January 20 - 22, 2006. The
energy was incredible, the ideas and strategies
were leading edge, but most importantly, the
results were breathtaking. Here's what
happened. First of all, this
was a packed room for those three days.
The event sold out in just seven weeks and we
had lots of people who wanted to attend but
couldn't because there simply was no more room.
In addition to a world class group of attendees
(some were at or near the $200,000,000 / yr mark
in sales), we also had an awesome group of
Virtual Assistants to help with the
brainstorming. This was probably one of
the most important new features of this
particular workshop. Anytime we did
brainstorming exercises (which was quite often),
the VAs would move around the room and help the
participants with ideas, content, and design
related to their online business. The
synergy was the best I have ever seen in this
kind of setting. We also had
the best "Hot Seat" sessions I've have ever
witnessed. During a "hot seat", an agent
(who previously volunteered to participate)
comes up and sits on a stool in front of the
room. Then three experts (myself, Scott
Goodfellow and Brad Carroll) would then
"deconstruct" that agent's Website and explain
what works, what doesn't and what to do about
it. They (and of course the entire
audience) received invaluable feedback about how
well their site engaged the Internet Empowered
Consumer, how well targeted it was (or wasn't)
and how well it was laid out from a design
standpoint. We in essence took all the
principles covered during the first two days and
applied them to the hot seat sites --it was
awesome! Specific Benefits
The folks that attended completed those three
days with specific written plans on how to:

Eliminate over 98% of their
competition

Vastly increase the number
of their online leads and convert far more of
those leads into transactions
-
Hand off all the work of
implementing these ideas to highly trained, easy
to find, affordable VAs and VCs (Virtual
Consultants).
It's not too often that you
see seasoned professionals near tears when a
workshop ends --but that is what happened.
It was highly emotional ending where it was
clear to all in attendance that lives and
careers were profoundly changed for the better.
