Close More Sales With the Help of a Listing Marketing Coordinator ...

Listing marketing coordination is one of those administrative tasks you’re better off outsourcing. Let’s face it, you’re not making money sitting behind a desk creating virtual tours, adding listings to the MLS or a dozen other duties required when listing a home for sale.  Here's how you can bring in as many listings as you want while still being freed up to do whatever you want, and without even a hint of overwhelm!

Outsourcing your listings to a Virtual Listing Marketing Coordinator specialist is the way to go. They will do the following for you promptly once you provide them with the pertinent information:

  1. Enter the property into the MLS

  2. Add the property and pictures of the home to your website

  3. Create a virtual tour

  4. Design and send an email to prospective buyers and other agents

  5. Create colorful flyers with photos of the home

  6. Send flyers to other agents

  7. Write and place a classified ad in the local newspaper

  8. Enhance the listing on Realtor.com®

  9. and more!

Kandra Hamric of Listing Coordinators likes to obtain feedback from the buyers agent that shows the listing. She says, “My client simply sets me up on their system to receive showing appointments from the front desk. When the appointment is made I receive a copy of it and then I follow up with the buyers agent after the showing and ask them a series of questions. I put the answers to the questions in an email format and send them to my client and the seller.” Kandra says the “agents love this; it makes them shine to the sellers.”

What’s more, Kandra says one of her clients “uses this in his listing PowerPoint presentations. He tells them that he can almost guarantee the feedback within 24-48 hours after a showing.” Valuable service indeed, Kandra!

Elaine Stewart of eOffice Visions promotes her clients’ listings with online marketing strategies such as property web commercials, aerial view maps and more. This helps the Realtor® promote their marketing services to potential clients.

Teresa Berger of Innovate Services emails listing flyers to each website visitor that registers on her clients’ sites. She sends them the flyer of the particular listing they viewed. This extra service adds value to her clients’ services. The Realtor® looks like they’re really “on the ball” and they don’t have to do a thing!

These are the kinds of additional services that weed out the successful Realtors® from the mediocre ones. And the best part is, you don’t have to do it yourself! Why not show how innovative you can be by hiring your own Listing Coordinator today and free yourself up to take in as many listings as you want!
