How to Eliminate the E-mail Attachment Blues

Sending big files as e-mail attachments can be a

sending (or receiving) large files, and at a

SendSpace, you can now enjoy the benefits of
sending any sized file (up to 300mbs) using just
your Web browser. And the best part is
that it's free. In fact, you don't even
have to register or leave your e-mail address.
Just go to the
SendSpace Website, use their form to upload
your file and indicate who you want it to notify
when it is ready to download. When
SendSpace completes the upload of your file,
it sends a text e-mail to your recipient letting
them know they have a file waiting for them at
the link provided. The recipient clicks on
the link which takes them to the file download
page. It is that simple, and
you completely eliminate all the problems
associated with large files sent as e-mail
attachments. Also, neither you nor the
recipient have to be registered users of
SendSpace, which makes this particular kind
of service really stand out from other similar
services like Whalemail.
Why Is It Free? The
SendSpace service is primarily supported by
adds that show up on the page that recipients
use to download their files. However,
there are three tiers of Web-based file sending
services as follows:

SendSpace Lite (FREE
/ unregistered) - anyone can use this
anonymously simply going to the SendSpace site
and uploading a file. This is the lowest
priority service (i.e. those who pay a monthly
fee receive guaranteed bandwidth allocation). This only matters if your file needs to get to
its destination within a certain time frame;

a password protected account that gives you more

monthly fee you can pay is about $8.25/mo.
