Savvy Drip Marketing Rockets Virginia Agent to
#1 Spot ...
For Sylvia Woods of GSH Real Estate in Hampton VA,
working with a Virtual Assistant to design and implement
a drip marketing campaign meant not only freeing herself
from the monthly process, but a dramatic increase in
listings and achieving the #1 spot in her agency.
Dear Michael,
Two and a half years
ago I had no idea that I could use virtual
support services to implement something that
has become a major influence on my business.
I've been in the real
estate business for 17 years and for the
most part I focus on more traditional ways
of keeping in touch with past and
prospective clients. I don't have a website
and don't rely on email to contact my
database. But the benefits of technology
came my way in the form of my virtual

Although I had used
regular customer mailings since the early
days when I wrote cards by hand, and then

referral as a result of my drip campaign.
This also placed me #2 in the company and #7
on the entire peninsula!
The effect these
postcards have sometimes takes a funny turn.
Last December we sent out a card with a
really wonderful sounding cheesecake recipe.
Now anyone who knows me well knows that my
cooking skills are pretty much non-existent.
So it was a surprise to get a call from a
customer who raved about my recipe. She had
received the card and made the cheesecake
and wanted to make it again but had
misplaced the recipe and called to get it
from me. She just assumed it was my own
special recipe!
I honestly believe the
reason my clients remember me is these
monthly mail outs. And having the process
handled for me is one of the best decisions
I've made.
