Agent Triples Business When VA Comes On Board
...
When Henderson, Nevada agent Lisa Lundt began her real
estate career, she knew Internet marketing would be
essential. What she didn't know was that bringing a

be the key to seeing business triple in one short year.
Here's her story.
Dear Michael,
When I heard you were going
to be speaking at a local event about two years
ago, I expected to hear you talk about internet
marketing. But when you started talking about
Virtual Assistants that day, it was more
valuable to me than I could ever have
anticipated. In fact it was gold – just what I
needed to create seamless systems that weren't
totally dependent on me to get everything done.
In my previous business I
had watched marketing go from traditional to
Internet based, and those people who made the
transition well were the most successful. So
when I began working in real estate, I was
committed to the concept of Internet based
marketing and Internet lead generation. I
subscribed to a lead generation service, but had
no local assistance, and was doing it all
myself. I wondered how I would ever be able to
have any time off without a huge disruption to
the process.

like the perfect solution. After the seminar I
immediately began my search for a VA and found

our system, and schedules follow up actions and

everything to everyone, I'm in the process of
having a second VA create niche websites. My
goal is to have two or three of these completed
this year and then work on driving traffic to
them. Now that our lead management system is
under control, I can work on taking the business
to the next level.

point for me in terms of the effectiveness of my
business and my enjoyment of it. Using a VA when
you're Internet based is key – and a brilliant
solution for someone in my situation. I love
being self-employed and finding ways to think
