New Jersey Real Estate Duo Achieves Breakthrough
In Just Weeks ...

Daniel Bozza and his wife and licensed assistant
Dolores in Manalapan, New Jersey, there just weren't
enough hours in the day to get things done. Now, in just
a few weeks time they have found a way to take their
business to the next two levels up. Here's their story.
Dear
Michael,
When Dan
attended the RE/MAX seminar in July, he
couldn't stop talking about how valuable
your methods would be for our business. I
had no idea then what a big change was in
store for us! We rarely have days off, and
work very long days because there's too much
to do. So finding ways to automate processes
and delegate tasks is critical. We've
started so many projects that we just can't
follow through with ourselves.
Our
biggest problems were a lack of help, and
our failure to target a specific market.
Dan signed up for your 10-Week Telecourse™
Program, and I've also been
attending the calls to learn how to
improve our Internet marketing and use
virtual outsourcing.
I
immediately took a few of your ideas and put
them to work. Creating a non-threatening
environment by implementing a privacy policy
on the website and sending a better first
response email to inquiries brought results
that shocked me. We are getting more
sign-ins and emails asking for information
from our own marketing than we are from our
lead generation service. We've never had our
privacy policy on every page, but now that
we do, it's worked wonders. Not only
are more people signing in and providing
their name and email address, but this large
increase in responses began in August, which
typically is a very slow month.
Although I
was aware of iFreelance.com, before the
class I didn't realize the variety of
projects you can post there. We found a
graphic designer to create logos for our
websites, and also have someone doing a
first time buyers package. We had a great
response to our post for a writer to do
articles targeting our market – offering a
fresh new approach I never would have
thought of.
We've
posted for VA help on two different sites
and had an overwhelming response. We're in
the process of selecting VAs to help with
database management, FSBOs, and other tasks.
The
importance of targeting a specific market is
the biggest change. We've selected first
time buyers as our market. As soon as we
became aware of the importance of key words
that reflect your target market, we made one
change to our site, and saw an immediate
increase in Google Ad response.
We're
working toward a fully custom website, with
additional targeted websites. In the
interim, we're customizing template sites as
much as we can. Building a custom targeted
website is a huge task, but the bubble
charts in the course are wonderful! To
really get into the heads of first time
buyers and provide what they need on our
website, we bubble charted how a first time
buyer would feel. I think you could use
these bubble charts for every single
solitary thing in life!
In 16
years we had never targeted at all, and the
results were a roller coaster - very uneven.
Targeting was an idea in the back of our
heads, but we never did anything about it.
Now we can see how critical it is in
everything we do.
This
course is unbelievably wonderful! What I
love about it is that it takes you through
what needs to be done step by step. I now
have a direction and know we can manage all
we have to do, with the right tools.
