Why do you feel this way?

Respondant Number Response
1 It's the only one I know about!!
2 Low price (relatively)
Great service
Personable staff
3 I found a local person to do something very affordable which is also unique
4 Just do! I like sites which stand our and are simple and son't offer information on the sun, moon and 'cool links'
5 they provide all the tools to make money using the net
6 It is easy to use, and has good links
7 Offers free services as well as paid for service.
8 Complete features, including the latest in lead generation
9 Loads easier and quicker, very few quirks.
10 PropertySource has been in business for over 12 years and knows this industry. They allow full control over where our PropertySearch and View My Listings features go - and they're the only company to combine a personal web site with online contact tracking, email newsletter, e-greeting cards and an e-sweepstakes program.
11 design flexibility, pricing options, customer service, automated features, unlimited e-mails etc.
12 why do you think?
13 Easy to change, and add to. Offers free reports, emails me with name of person wanting report.
14 We were powered by Websuite.com. They then went "#### up". We hired Panda Matrix and they specially built a template site for us and it is everything and more than websuite had for us.
15 Still have the ability to at least upload my own lisings, and favorite links. They also have a good autoreply for requested information packages.
16 It is the only one I am aware of, excepting Websuite, Homes.com, Homeseeekers, and Realtor.com
17 it is inexpensive and anything can be put on it.....
18 They are very robust and have lots of different looks. And their customer service is great.
19 It has great flexibility, and lots of imbedded goodies. Their suppport is great too.
20 I was looking for a host for another domain name, besides Websuite which I have and came across this one. Not a high monthly fee & not a huge start-up.
21 People want data; not agent info. So, the more content provided the more consumers will like a Realtor's site.
22 easy, good templates, management functions
23 It is the next best one to Homeseekers
24 I like the options you can add, the service is great, they are solid (compared to other .coms, and have a great name recognition. They also do some great advertising on TV.
25 Easy setup, lots of content, reasonably priced
26 Easy to use, you can use English or html and there's 24 hour tech support to help you build it. You can add photos of listings and input a new listing in minutes, depending on complexity. These people are friendly, helpful and don't make you feel stupid.
27 The represent the agent and not share holders or advertisers
28 real estate is local. The knowledge of each licensee is different and a web site should reflect their USB. Template sites are like mac & cheese dinners - consumers (iec or plain ol' varieties) want gourmet five course meals. I think the best use for a template site is temporary in nature. Have a site with some information with your URL, until you can get a complete custom site designed and hosted that reflects your unique are and personality.
29 Best Image has constantly brought us business and has done a great job of marketing the site on the web
iHouse2000 is fun to play with, has great support, and is very reasonable for everthing you get.
iPro has a great follow up system with its autoresponders.
30 They send weekly marketing tips to me which are GREAT! I also have a personal Account Executive that always answers all my questions really fast.

My website has all these interactive features which were preprogrammed in and databases of real estate content for my buyers and sellers.
31 Owned by our local MLS (MRIS), it is kept more current(though not "live")being updated every evening, will email clients with new listings using a "homes prospector" feature, and lets us track looks at our listings and what our buy clients are looking at.
32 Nice looking designs - a lot of information for consumers (I didn't have to come up with the information to put in the site -- that's always a plus)
33 I have used the service and found it to be functional and easy.
34 They offer a variety of template web-sites and are flexible with changes and additions. I receive a monthly e-mail newsletter with new ideas and options for my site and my Account Manager is very prompt about returning my calls when I have a problem or question. I am very pleased with this company.
35 offers back-office applications, e-marketing, client database, fax-back on e-mails, report on return client visits, listings with multiple images and descriptions in two languages, and can group other members into virtual marketing or MLS.
36 Easy to use, Easy to understand, Support people who are patient!
37 Their results are awesome! Just ask any of their clients.
38 My companies decession after reviewing of all available. Support.
39 Ease of imput, both listings and links
40 their marketing efforts plus their trying to keep it exclusive - limiting the members
41 The site provides some limited direct agent access. If seems to be a relatively new company and site but they are very willing to work with agents to bring a quality site on-line. www.johnadamshomes.com
42 My site was chosen as the #1 site in Florida this year by FAR and it was chosen the Top Template in the US by NAR.
43 they have done a terrific job registering my site with the major search engines (check www.bestpaulagent.com for yourself)
and they frame www.realtor.com which saves me the time to enter my listings by hand like i need to do with www.homes.com and the yahoo site for real estate auctions
44 I LIKE THE LOOK AND FEEL
45 it provides a very different-animated with music - yet easy to create template site
46 For the reasons you already mentioned and because why would someone want to choose a Realtor who is the same as hundreds of others. You need to stand out these days not be just like all the others. In addition most "templates take you to links that have all your competition present.
47 Great activity. Gives the EIC the privacy they wish and gives us the agent a great source for buyers and sellers.
48 professional website, search engine rankings, and great service every time I have a question. They also send marketing tips each week that are very helpful!!
49 Set up is easy, auto responders are great for CMA, reports, and the email is captured with each request for information. Design is clear and easy.
50 It's very easy to work with and you can make the website look different on a daily basis without too much effort or time. For an example just check out my site at www.CapeCodRealEstate4sale.com or www.CapeCodByTheSea.com
51 Because, although it is a template web site service, they are very flexible with changes and special requests. They also are teamed with Best Image to host and market, once your site is up and running.
52 COMPLETENESS AND REAL ESTATE LOOK OF THEIR PROGRAMS
53 1. The incredible value (which leaves me to worry if they will go out of business - I already asked how they make money - they said volume + each user does their own work).

2. Extremely easy to navigate, download graphics, insert text, etc.

3. The tech people actually respond in a decent (sometimes instant) amount of time.

4. Can add extra pages of any type for just $10 a page (one time fee only) - doesn't increase your monthly.

5. Even though this is a "template", every site can look different and not have that "cookie cutter" look.

6. I found a designation that wasn't a choice on their site, called it in (as a suggestion only and gave the URL). The next day it was on thier site as a choice!

7. This ihouse2000 was also featured in REALTOR Magazine 10 sites (April 2001), although I thought they selected a pretty poor site. Actually, I thought most of the 10 were pretty bad sites.

Got this originally as a suggestion from a RealTalk bulletin.
54 I am still using homes.com because it is up and running but if it goes down the tubes I will switch to i2000.com because it is simpl;e to set up and will do the same job that homes.com does for me--drive people to my main site at judithweiner.com
55 They are consistant
