How do you plan on correcting that situation?

4 I'm working on new content, doorway pages and specific content directed toward market segments. Some will link to pages on my existing site seamlessly. Finding the right words for the different personality types is another task (DISC). I'm also planning to register more domain names targeted to specific segments of my market and using different keywords and metatags ( for the shrinking number of consumers still using search engines). Finally, I'm considering classified advertising directed toward each segment connected with SOAR's e-MLS to allow the consumer to request automatic notifications of properties which meet their criteria. This will be coupled with automatic e-mails (with the consumer's permission of course) with timely and relevant "dripped" messages.

8 I'm in the midst of hiring an assistant who is able to work with my sites and keep them fresh, updated, and continuously adding new things to them as we see great ideas to implement.

19 As a broker in a low-volume area I'm not sure that there is a solution here. There is no single market segment that promises sufficient volume to make tarketing terribly profitable

55 Gradually I've been adding improvements and content to get new prospects and to keep potential prospects coming back.
56 I'm developing several different sites at the moment that will be linked around a general theme of real estate in the Denver area, but each site will literally be targeted to the needs of different groups: buyers, sellers, relocating, new home construction, retirement living, first time buyers, etc. Each site will be very specific in the information it provides, but will have links to each of the other sites and share a general look and feel. Each site can be submitted to search engines and directories separately, and there will be an overall entry site (an "umbrella" site? where the visitor can self select the site that meets his needs) that can also be submitted. This one will be mainly a page describing what can be found at the other sites (with links of course). I have the domains saved and may even change my company name to be the same as the theme name which ought to help with my next most problematic aspect which is Differentiation.
